Fuji X100S Nature Photography
Fuji X100S Nature Photography. I took the trusty X100S into the mountains about a 1.5 hour drive from my home in Denver and had a great hike into Colorado’s Indian Peaks Wilderness Area. I had an extra 24 lbs (my daughter) on my back, so my chances to really “get the shot” were somewhat limited as we hiked. But regardless, the X100S does not disappoint as a go-to camera for landscape and nature photography. Please enjoy!

Great shots! Indian Peaks is a wonderful hiking spot.
For the last shot of the milky way, do you have the EXIF data handy? Was it a single shot, or multiple stacked shots?
Thanks,
Ash

Awesome pictures! I’m looking forward to taking my X100s out for a week of hiking soon. I’d like to take a tripod is too heavy. Any recommendations?
Thanks

Thanks! I don’t know much about tripods. I’ve always just used a super cheap tripod–just a crappy Sunpack one. I rarely use a tripod, but that serves my purposes just fine.

I love your photography and would like to buy
one. Do you sell your work? I am interested
in the picture with the columbines in the
forefront. We are big fans of Colorado.
